湖北省杰出青年基金获得者,入选武汉市青年科技晨光计划和中国水产科学研究院“百名英才”人才计划。博士毕业于捷克南波希米亚大学。2010年赴美国加州大学河滨分校Prof. Danel Schlenk实验室访问交流,主要是对水体中污染物对小型鱼类的神经行为学影响进行研究。2011年-2012年期间,在新加坡国立大学从事博后研究,主要研究方向是利用斑马鱼做为模式生物进行毒理基因组学影响。

到目前为止,申报人发表SCI论文61篇,其中第一作者48篇,文章总被引1145次,他引922次,单篇他引最高78次,H-index=21,发表文章中JCR一区文章31篇、JCR二区文章17篇。目前担任SCI刊物Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology的编委和BioMed Research International专刊的客座主编,并担任Aquatic Toxicology等31种该领域SCI期刊的独立审稿人。申报专利13项,获得授权11项(其中第一发明人9项)。

获得奖励包括:南波西米亚大学渔业与水保护学院35岁以下青年优秀科研成果一等奖(2009);国家优秀自费留学生奖学金(2010);南波西米亚大学优秀科技成果校长奖(2011)。近期获得2016年度首届中国水产青年科技奖。

主要学术兼职包括科技部国际合作专项评审专家库成员,浙江省科技厅项目评审专家,武汉市科技局项目评审专家,中国水产科学研究院渔业生态学科学术委员,中国环境科学学会理事会员,中国毒理学会环境与生态毒理专业委员会会员和中国化学学会会员。

研究兴趣:

目前主要是利用各种生物标志物对水环境中的污染物进行生态健康评价,工作主要从两方便展开,一是将水环境中典型污染物的生态毒性效应及分子机制研究,主要以鱼类作为活体模型,将微观与宏观相结合,从分子/生化/生理/个体层次上进行,并建立之间的联系,探索污染物对水生生物的生殖毒性、神经毒性、发育毒性、健康危害,以及多种污染物在环境条件下的复合作用,通过转录组、蛋白质组学分析来表征污染物的制毒作用机制,从而为污染物的危险评价以及为我国可持续发展战略、生态安全及环境保护决策提供理论依据;二是针对新兴污染物(如药物残留活性物质、人工纳米污染物等)的分子标记物的筛选及其环境健康风险评估,主要以小型淡水鱼类(如斑马鱼、青鳉等)为动物模型,从转录组学和蛋白质组学角度研究动物有关基因在不同环境胁迫下的表达与调控、以及蛋白质谱的变化,在分子水平寻找人类及动物典型污染物暴露的更敏感、有效的生物标记物,发展环境污染的早期预警系统,并通过比较生物学,找出该污染物在其他哺乳动物和人类的保守基因或信号通路,以便对污染物的环境健康风险评估提供科学依据。
